How should I clean and sanitize baby bottles?

Wash bottles and parts after every feed with warm soapy water and a dedicated brush. The CDC recommends sanitizing at least daily for babies under 3 months, preterm babies, or babies with a weakened immune system.

Do I need a bottle warmer?

No. A bowl of warm water works, and some babies take milk at room temperature. Never microwave a bottle, because it heats unevenly and can scald.
