Common questions
How long can my baby use an infant car seat?
Until they reach the seat height or weight limit printed on its label, which is often within the first year. The AAP advises keeping children rear facing as long as the seat allows.
Is it safe to buy a used car seat?
Usually not worth the risk. Skip any seat that has been in a crash, has missing parts or is past its expiration date, which is printed on the shell.
